From a single detail to a complete rebuild
The scope of a project can be practically anything.
Among other things we make:
- splitters and front extensions,
- diffusers,
- side skirts and side parts,
- spoilers and wings,
- carbon fiber body parts,
- complete aero packages,
- body extensions and widebody kits,
- individual 1 of 1 parts,
- complete styling concepts for cars.
If your idea is not on this list, it doesn’t mean we can’t make it. Custom projects start with a conversation and an assessment of what is technically possible.
From idea to finished part
We are not a middleman between the customer and an external factory.
We have our own facilities for 3D scanning, CAD design, master making, milling, mould making and part production. That lets us develop a project at every stage — from the first concept to the final product.
For carbon fiber parts we use prepreg technology, while for larger body parts and widebody projects we can also use fibreglass.
The technology is chosen for the purpose, geometry and character of the specific project.
Vehicle Development programme
No products for your model yet? You can help us create them.
The Vehicle Development programme is aimed at owners of cars for which we want to develop a new product line or a complete aero package.
Your car becomes the base of the project — we scan it in 3D and prepare the concept, the CAD design, prototypes and the final parts. Once the process is complete, the products developed may join the regular HELK Design range.
In return for making the car available for development, the owner gets preferential terms and a say in the styling direction of the project.
It can be a single part, a complete carbon package, a widebody project or a far more extensive concept.
How does working together look?
01 — Tell us about your idea
Send us information about the car and describe what you would like to create. You can attach inspirations, sketches or photos of similar builds.
02 — We assess the project
We analyse the goals, the proposed technology and the scope of work. At this stage we also give an approximate cost and lead time.
03 — We scan the car and start designing
If the build requires working directly on the car, we invite it to our workshop near Kielce and make a precise 3D scan.
04 — We design and produce
Once the direction of the project is approved, we go through the next stages: CAD, the master, the moulds and production of the final parts.
05 — We fit or ship the finished project
The finished parts can be fitted directly at our workshop or properly protected and shipped to the customer.
